Select and Prepare the Salmon
Choose a high-quality, sushi-grade fresh salmon fillet. Rinse the salmon under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.

Slice the Salmon
Using a sharp knife, slice the salmon fillet against the grain into thin pieces, approximately 0.5 cm thick. Aim for uniform slices to ensure an appealing presentation.

Plate the Sashimi
Arrange the salmon slices neatly on a chilled plate. You can overlap them slightly for a beautiful presentation.

Add Condiments
Place small amounts of wasabi and pickled ginger on the side of the plate. Pour the soy sauce into a small dipping bowl.

Serve immediately to enjoy the freshness of the salmon. Encourage guests to dip the salmon slices into the soy sauce and add wasabi or ginger as desired.
