Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the fresh rosemary sprigs thoroughly. Cut the grapefruit in half and squeeze out the juice, measuring 120 ml. Chop the pineapple into small pieces and measure 100 g.

Brew Cold Tea
Brew your choice of black or green tea according to package instructions. Allow the tea to cool and chill in the refrigerator until cold.

Combine Ingredients
In a large glass, add the grapefruit juice and cold tea. Stir gently to combine.

Add the chopped pineapple to the mixture and stir gently to incorporate.

Slowly pour the Fever-Tree ginger beer into the glass, allowing it to mix lightly with the other ingredients.
