Prepare the Sandwich
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.

Grill the Sandwich
Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Carefully flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.

Slice and Serve
Remove the sandwich from the skillet, slice in half, and serve hot.

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan or pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Potatoes
Carefully add the potato strips to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 4-5 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.

Drain and Season
Remove the fries from the oil and drain them on paper towels. Season with salt to taste.
