Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, and dried oregano. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Preparing the Ribs
- 2
Prepare Ribs
Remove the membrane from the back of the pork ribs for better flavor absorption. Pat the ribs dry with a paper towel.
- 3
Apply Olive Oil
Drizzle olive oil over both sides of the ribs. Rub the oil into the meat to ensure even coverage.
- 4
Season with Dry Rub
Generously apply the dry rub mixture to both sides of the ribs, pressing it into the meat. Ensure that all surfaces are coated.
Cooking the Ribs
- 5
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- 6

- 8
Rest and Serve
Once cooked, remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
