Brewing Coffee
- 1
Measure the Coffee
Using a coffee scale or measuring cups, measure out 0.5 cups of Lavazza Top Class Coffee.
- 2
Boil Water
In a kettle, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, let it cool for 30 seconds to 1 minute to reach an optimal brewing temperature of around 200°F (93°C).
- 3
Prepare Coffee Maker
If using a drip coffee maker, insert a coffee filter into the basket. If using a pour-over method, place a filter in the dripper.
- 4
Add Coffee Grounds
Add the measured Lavazza coffee grounds into the filter.
- 5
Pour Water
Slowly pour the hot water over the coffee grounds in a circular motion, ensuring all grounds are saturated. Let it brew for about 4-5 minutes.
