Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips, about 1 inch wide.

Bread the Chicken
Coat each chicken strip in flour, then dip it in the egg, and finally coat it with the bread crumb mixture. Ensure each piece is well coated.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot (about 350°F or 175°C).

Fry the Chicken
Carefully add the breaded chicken strips to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Prepare the Potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips, about 1/4 inch wide.

Soak the Fries
Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry.

Heat the Oil for Frying
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Potatoes
Carefully add the soaked and dried potato strips to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 5-6 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

Drain and Season
Remove the fries from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate. Sprinkle with salt while still hot.

Serve the crispy fries alongside the chicken tenders.
