1. Cook the Fettuccine
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then slice into strips.
