Prepare the Espresso
Brew a shot of espresso using your preferred method (espresso machine, stovetop Moka pot, etc.). Make sure it's fresh and hot.

Fill the Glass with Ice
Take a glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill the drink.

Pour Licor 43
Once the glass is filled with ice, pour 2 oz of Licor 43 over the ice, allowing it to chill slightly.

Add Espresso
Carefully pour the hot espresso shot over the Licor 43 and ice. The heat from the espresso will create a nice contrast with the cold of the ice.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish the drink with a few coffee beans on top for an aromatic touch. Serve immediately and enjoy your Carajillo!
