Prepare the Tomato Mixture
Dice the Roma tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl. Add the chopped fresh basil leaves, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.

Mix Ingredients
Gently toss the tomato mixture until all ingredients are well combined. Allow it to sit for about 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Toast the Bread
While the tomato mixture rests, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the slices of bruschetta on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.

Top the Bruschetta
Remove the toasted bread from the oven and allow it to cool slightly. Spoon the tomato mixture generously onto each slice of bruschetta.

Add Optional Topping
If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the bruschetta for added flavor.
