Prepare your glass
Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes to chill it.

Mix the spritz base
Pour 2 oz of AĒLO Aperitivo over the ice in the glass.

Add Prosecco
Slowly add 3 oz of Prosecco to the glass, allowing it to mix gently with the Aperitivo.

Top it off
Finish with 1 oz of soda water poured gently over the mixture to maintain the bubbles.

Garnish
Add a slice of orange and a few fresh mint leaves on top for garnish. Sprinkle with a teaspoon of orange zest for an aromatic finish.
