Cook the Salmon
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Prepare the Salad Base
While the salmon is cooking, in a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes (halved), black olives, and croutons. Toss gently to mix.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Combine Ingredients
Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Flake the salmon into bite-size pieces and add it to the salad bowl.

Add Cheese and Dressing
Sprinkle the asiago cheese over the salad, and drizzle the dressing on top. Toss everything together until well combined.
