Cube and Sauce the Pork
Once done, remove the pork from the heat and let it rest for 30 minutes. Cut the pork into bite-sized cubes and toss them with BBQ sauce until well-coated.
Assemble the Nachos

Layer the Nachos
On a large baking sheet or platter, spread out a layer of tortilla chips evenly.

Add Pork and Toppings
Top the chips with the cubed pork burnt ends, followed by jalapenos, diced red onion, and shredded cheese.

Melt the Cheese
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the nachos for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and drizzle BBQ sauce over the nachos. Serve immediately with red or green salsa on the side.
