Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.

Dress the Salad
Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Entrée (Grilled Chicken)

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and fresh rosemary. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill over medium heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.

Mash the Potatoes
Add butter, minced garlic, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper to the potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy.
Dessert (Chocolate Mousse)

Melt the Chocolate
In a heatproof bowl, melt dark chocolate over a pot of simmering water. Stir until smooth.

Combine Mixtures
Fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture gently.

Whip the Cream
In another bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks. Fold into the chocolate mixture until combined.

Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
