Cook to Preference
Cook the eggs to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and black pepper. For sunny side up, cook for about 3-4 minutes. For over-easy, flip and cook an additional 1-2 minutes.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add Butter
Cut the unsalted butter into small pieces and add to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add Milk
Pour in the milk and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.

Shape the Biscuit
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and pat it to about 1-inch thick. Use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits.

Place the cut biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
