Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Purify the Water

Start with 1 liter of clean, purified water. You can use a water filtration system or bottled purified water.

  2. 2

    Measure Electrolytes

In a small bowl, measure out the sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium sulfate, and calcium chloride using a teaspoon.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a large pitcher or bottle, combine the purified water with the measured electrolytes. Stir or shake well to ensure that all the electrolytes are dissolved.

  4. 4

    Chill the Water

Place the water in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill. This will enhance the refreshing taste of your electrolyte water.

  5. 5

    Pour and Serve

Once chilled, pour the electrolyte water into your Pathwater aluminum bottle. Enjoy your refreshing drink throughout the day!
