Selecting Organic Ingredients
Ensure that the milk is labeled 'organic' and comes from cows that are grass-fed and free from antibiotics and synthetic hormones.

Measuring the Milk
Pour 1 liter of organic whole milk into a clean, sterilized container.

Adding Vitamin D3
Carefully add 100 IU of Vitamin D3 to the milk. Stir gently to combine.

Seal the container and shake gently for a few seconds until the Vitamin D3 is fully incorporated.
