Prepare the Tuna
Start by preparing the tuna. Drizzle the olive oil over the Ahi tuna steaks and rub evenly to coat.

Sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides of the tuna steaks to enhance flavor.

Once grilled, remove the tuna from the heat and allow it to cool slightly before placing it in the refrigerator to chill.

Once chilled, slice the tuna steaks against the grain into thin strips.

Take the mixed greens and place them in a large serving dish or platter, creating a bed for the tuna slices.
