Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until bubbly.

Make Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead Dough
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.

Prepare Mushrooms
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Clean the cremini mushrooms and slice them. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.

Roast Mushrooms
Roast the mushrooms in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden and tender.

Make Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce
In a blender, combine roasted garlic, heavy cream, and a pinch of salt and blend until smooth.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Roll Out Dough
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape.

Add Sauce and Toppings
Spread the roasted garlic cream sauce over the rolled out dough. Layer the roasted mushrooms, sautéed kale and onions, mozzarella, and provolone cheese.

Bake Pizza
Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for about 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

Drizzle Balsamic Glaze
Once out of the oven, drizzle with balsamic glaze before slicing.
