Method
Preparing Cold Brew Coffee

Combine Coffee and Water
In a large jar or pitcher, combine the coarsely ground coffee and cold water. Stir gently to ensure that all the coffee grounds are saturated.

Steep
Cover the jar or pitcher with a lid or plastic wrap and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours, depending on how strong you prefer your cold brew.

Strain
After steeping, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or a coffee filter into another container, discarding the coffee grounds. Your cold brew concentrate is now ready.
Assembling the Drink

Mix Cold Brew and Kombucha
In a glass, combine 1 cup of cold brew concentrate with 1 cup of kombucha. Stir gently to combine.

Add Flavorings (Optional)
If desired, add fresh lemon juice, honey or agave syrup, and mint leaves to the mixture. Stir to incorporate the flavors.

Serve
