Preparation of Ingredients

Juicing the Cucumber
Wash the cucumbers thoroughly. Cut them into smaller pieces and use a juicer to extract about 2 cups of cucumber juice. If you don’t have a juicer, you can blend the cucumber pieces and then strain the juice using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.

Preparing the Mint
Rinse the fresh mint leaves under cold water. Gently pat them dry with a paper towel and set aside.

Juicing the Lemons
Squeeze fresh lemons to obtain 1 cup of lemon juice. You can use a lemon squeezer or your hands for this. Remove any seeds that may fall into the juice.

Adding Mint and Water
Add the fresh mint leaves to the pitcher. Pour in 4 cups of water. Stir again to combine all the ingredients well.
Serving

Chilling and Serving
Refrigerate the cucumber mint lemonade for at least 1 hour to chill. Serve in glasses over ice and garnish with extra mint leaves or cucumber slices if desired.
