Method
Preparing the Tea Base

Boil Water
In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium heat.

Steep Hibiscus Flowers
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers. Cover the pot and let it steep for 15 minutes.

Strain Tea
After 15 minutes, strain the hibiscus tea into a large pitcher, discarding the flowers. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
Making the Berry Infusion

Prepare Berries
In a blender, add 2 cups of mixed berries. Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl to remove seeds and pulp.

Mix with Tea
Add the berry puree to the cooled hibiscus tea in the pitcher. Stir well to combine.

Add Mint and Lemon
Tear 10 fresh mint leaves and add them to the pitcher along with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Stir gently.
Serving the Iced Tea

Chill
Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Serve and Garnish
Pour the iced tea into glasses filled with ice. Garnish each glass with fresh berries and a mint leaf.
