Method

Cooking the Edamame

    Boil Water

    In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.

    Add Edamame

    Once the water is boiling, add 2 cups of frozen edamame pods to the pot.

    Season with Salt

    Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the boiling water with the edamame.

    Boil the edamame for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender but still firm.

    Carefully drain the edamame in a colander and let them cool slightly.

Serving Suggestions
