Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Sugar Rim

On a small plate, spread out some sugar. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip the rim into the sugar to coat it evenly.

  2. 2

    Muddle the Strawberries and Mint

In a mixing glass, add the fresh strawberries and mint leaves. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently mash them together until the strawberries release their juices and the mint is fragrant.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

Add the fresh lime juice to the muddled mixture. Stir well to combine.

  4. 4

    Add Sparkling Water and Ice

Fill the sugar-rimmed glass with ice cubes. Pour the muddled strawberry-lime mixture over the ice, then top it off with sparkling water. Stir gently to combine.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Garnish the drink with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Strawberry Lemonade Mojito Mocktail!
