Cook the Orzo
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the orzo pasta and cook according to package instructions, typically about 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.

While the orzo is cooking, chop the cherry tomatoes in half, dice the cucumber, and finely chop the red onion.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked orzo, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and chickpeas.
