Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Grapefruit
Preheat your broiler. Cut the grapefruits in half and carefully remove any seeds. Place the halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
- 2
Add Brown Sugar
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of brown sugar evenly over each grapefruit half.
- 3
Broil the Grapefruit
Place the baking sheet under the broiler for about 5-7 minutes, or until the sugar is caramelized and bubbly. Keep a close eye to prevent burning.
- 4
Prepare the Garnish
While the grapefruit is broiling, rinse the blueberries and chop the mint leaves. Combine them in a small bowl and drizzle with honey.
- 5
Serve
Once the grapefruit is done, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Top with the blueberry and mint mixture before serving.
