    Prepare the Seafood

    Rinse the fish fillets, shrimp, and scallops under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

    Marinate

    In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper. Add the seafood to the bowl and let it marinate for 15 minutes.

    Cook the Seafood

    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated seafood to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and the shrimp and scallops are cooked through.

    Garnish and Serve

    Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
