Method

Baked Brie

  1. 1

    Prepare the Brie

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the Brie wheel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Season the Brie

Drizzle the olive oil over the Brie. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle the honey on top.

  3. 3

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is soft and gooey.

House-Made Jam

  1. 4

    Prepare the Berries

In a medium saucepan, combine the mixed berries, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.

  2. 5

    Cook the Jam

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the berries break down and the mixture thickens, about 15-20 minutes.

  3. 6

    Cool and Store

Remove from heat and let cool. Store in a jar until ready to serve.

Crostini

  1. 7

    Prepare the Baguette

Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.

  2. 8

    Brush with Olive Oil

Preheat a grill or oven. Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil.

  3. 9

    Grill or Toast

Grill or toast the slices until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Rub with the garlic clove while still warm.
