Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling a cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the cocktail.

In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in the bourbon, sweet vermouth, and add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
