Prepare the Glass
Take a lime wedge and run it along the rim of a rocks glass or cocktail glass. Dip the rim into a plate of salt to coat it lightly. Set the glass aside.

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Patrón Reposado tequila, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, 0.5 oz of agave syrup, and 0.5 oz of orange liqueur.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients well.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Make sure to pour it carefully to avoid disturbing the salt rim.
