Chill the Glass
Put a rocks glass in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes to chill.

If you don't have simple syrup, mix equal parts sugar and water in a small saucepan over low heat until dissolved. Let it cool before using.

In a mixing glass, add 2 oz of Eagle Rare Bourbon, 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.
