Preparing the Ribs

Preheat your slow cooker
Set your slow cooker to low heat and allow it to preheat while you prepare the ribs.

Season the ribs
In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this spice mixture all over the pork ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Place ribs in the slow cooker
Once seasoned, place the ribs in the slow cooker, standing them upright if necessary to fit.
Making the BBQ Sauce

Combine BBQ sauce ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, mustard, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Add sauce to ribs
Pour the prepared BBQ sauce over the ribs in the slow cooker, ensuring they are well coated.
Cooking the Ribs

Cover and cook
Cover the slow cooker with its lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the ribs are tender and easily pull away from the bone.
