Preparation of Dill Crème Fraiche

Mix the Ingredients
In a bowl, combine the crème fraîche, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Prepare Flatbread

Prepare the Capers
In a small pan over medium heat, add a little oil and fry the capers until they are crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside to cool.

Assemble the Flatbread
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). On a baking sheet, place the flatbreads and spread the asiago cheese evenly over each. Add the mozzarella cheese, smoked salmon slices, red onion rings, and fried capers.

Bake the Flatbread
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven and top with fresh arugula and a generous dollop of dill crème fraîche. Slice and serve warm.
