Blend the Base
In a blender, combine the Captain Morgan's white rum, peach schnapps, peach purée, red sangria, and ice. Blend until smooth.

Prepare the Glass
Pour the blended mixture into a chilled glass, filling it halfway.

Add the Prosecco Float
Carefully float the prosecco on top of the blended mixture by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon.

Garnish and Serve
Optionally, garnish with a slice of fresh peach or a sprig of mint. Serve immediately and enjoy!
