Seafood Linguine Ingredients

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Linguine

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced bell peppers and red onion, sautéing until they are tender, about 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Seafood

Add the wild sockeye salmon, rock crab, red snapper, baby scallops, and prawns to the skillet. Cook until the seafood is opaque and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

    Make the Sauce

Stir in the basil pesto and heavy cream to the skillet, mixing well to combine. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Combine Everything

Add the cooked linguine and fresh spinach to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spinach is wilted.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from heat and stir in fresh diced tomatoes and chopped basil. Serve warm, topped with grated grana padano cheese.
