In a cocktail shaker, add the dragon fruit pieces and fresh mint leaves. Muddle them together gently to release the flavors.

Pour in the Bacardi Tropical Rum, sugar syrup, and fresh lime juice into the shaker. Add ice cubes to fill the shaker halfway.

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well mixed and chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of dragon fruit on the rim.
