Cooking the Pasta

Boil the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Vegetables

Chop the Vegetables
While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop the bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp.
Combining Ingredients

Combine Pasta and Vegetables
Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss to combine.

Season the Dish
Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and vegetables. Toss again until everything is well coated.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, add the fresh chopped basil, and toss lightly. Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
