Chicken Marinade Preparation

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces (about 1 inch each).

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, coconut milk, lime juice, ground coriander, ground cumin, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.

Marinate the Chicken
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
Peanut Sauce Preparation

Mix the Sauce
In a separate bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, water, and chili flakes. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency with more water if necessary.
Cooking the Chicken

Prepare Skewers
Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning if grilling. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
