Method
Preparing the Bread

Slice the Baguette
Cut the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices diagonally.

Making the Tomato Mixture

Prepare the Tomatoes
Dice the Roma tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.

Add Garlic and Basil
Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the bowl with the tomatoes. Chop the fresh basil leaves and add them as well.

Season the Mixture
Drizzle the olive oil over the tomato mixture, then season with salt and black pepper. Toss everything together gently.
Making the Balsamic Glaze

Combine Vinegar and Honey
In a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar and honey.

Reduce the Glaze
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer until it thickens, about 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Assembling the Bruschetta

Top the Grilled Bread
Spoon the tomato mixture generously onto each slice of grilled bread.

Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze
Drizzle the reduced balsamic glaze over the topped bruschetta.
