Steak and Accompaniments

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil, then season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Place the steaks on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Potatoes

For baked potatoes, preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Poke holes in the potatoes with a fork, rub with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake for about 45-60 minutes until tender. For French fries, deep fry or bake according to package instructions.

  4. 4

    Serve

Serve the steak with your choice of baked potato or French fries, alongside a fresh Mayflower salad.
