Seafood Pasta Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the capellini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Add crab meat and stir gently to combine.

  3. 3

    Make the Sauce

Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle in the Old Bay seasoning. Stir well and let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked capellini to the skillet and toss gently to coat the pasta in the sauce. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
