Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preparation of Seafood

Preheat your oven to broil. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Marinate the redfish fillets in this mixture for about 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Broiling the Redfish

Place the marinated redfish on a broiler pan and broil for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  3. 3

    Cooking Shrimp and Oysters

In a skillet over medium heat, add the remaining olive oil and sauté the shrimp until they turn pink, about 4 minutes. Add the shucked oysters and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the oysters are heated through.

  4. 4

    Sautéing Crabmeat

In another skillet, add a little olive oil and sauté the crabmeat for about 3-4 minutes until warmed. Season with salt, pepper, and half of the chopped parsley.

  5. 5

    Plating the Dish

On a large serving platter, place the broiled redfish, and top with the sautéed shrimp, oysters, and crabmeat. Garnish with the remaining parsley.
