Marinate the Meat
In a large bowl, combine whiskey, brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved. Add the pork shoulder, pork belly, and pork ribs, ensuring they are fully submerged in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Sear the Meat
Remove the marinated pork from the refrigerator. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little oil and sear the pork shoulder and belly on all sides until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Cook the Ribs
In the same skillet, add the marinated pork ribs and cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned.

Garnish and Serve
Once cooked, remove the pork from the pot and shred it using two forks. Serve the shredded pork in bowls, garnished with chopped fresh parsley and lemon wedges on the side.
