Baked Stuffed Shrimp

Method

Baked Stuffed Shrimp

    Prepare Shrimp

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails on. Butterfly the shrimp by cutting them along the back, but not all the way through.

    Make Stuffing

    In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, melted butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.

    Stuff Shrimp

    Stuff each butterflied shrimp with the breadcrumb mixture and place them on a baking sheet.

    Bake

    Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the shrimp are cooked through and the tops are golden.

Herb Grilled Lobster

    Prepare Lobster

    Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.

    Marinate

    In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture over the lobster halves.

    Grill

    Place the lobster halves on the grill shell side down. Grill for about 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

Clams Casino

    Prepare Clams

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the shucked clams on a baking sheet.

    Make Topping

    In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic and diced bell pepper until soft. Add bacon, breadcrumbs, and parsley. Mix well.

    Top Clams

    Spoon the topping onto each clam and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Fried Calamari

    In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Dredge the calamari slices in the mixture.

    In a deep pot, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot.

    Fry the calamari in batches for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Oysters Rockefeller

    Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange shucked oysters on a baking tray.

    In a pan, melt butter and sauté spinach until wilted. Mix in breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and anise-flavored liqueur. Season with salt and pepper.
