Chill the Glass
Start by chilling your glass. You can do this by placing it in the freezer for about 10 minutes or filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink.

Prepare the Ice
Take a few ice cubes and place them in your glass. Adjust the number of ice cubes based on your preference for dilution.

Pour the Hennessy VS
Measure out 50 ml of Hennessy VS Cognac and pour it over the ice in the glass.

Add the Courvoisier VSOP
Next, measure 50 ml of Courvoisier VSOP Cognac and pour it into the same glass on top of the Hennessy VS.

Garnish the Drink
Take a lemon twist and express the oils over the drink by holding it over the glass and giving it a gentle squeeze. Then, drop it into the glass as a garnish.
