Method

Preparing the Chicken

  1. 1

    Grilling the Chicken

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Cooking the Chicken

Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Making Croutons

  1. 3

    Preparing the Baguette

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the baguette into small cubes.

  2. 4

    Mixing Ingredients

In a bowl, melt the butter and mix in minced garlic and dried oregano.

  3. 5

    Baking Croutons

Toss the baguette cubes in the garlic butter mixture and spread them out on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Preparing the Dressing

  1. 6

    Mixing the Dressing

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Assembling the Salad

  1. 7

    Preparing the Lettuce

Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 8

    Combining Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine, sliced grilled chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, and croutons.

  3. 9

    Adding Dressing

Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Top with shaved Grana Padano cheese.
