Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Base

In a mixing glass, combine 750 ml of Chartreuse Verte and 375 ml of Grand Marnier. Stir gently to combine the two spirits thoroughly.

  2. 2

    Add Flavor Enhancers

Add 10 fresh mint leaves, 1 tsp of lemon zest, and 2 tbs of simple syrup to the mixing glass. Muddle the mint leaves gently to release their oils without tearing them apart.

  3. 3

    Chill the Mixture

Add ice to the mixing glass and stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Serving

  1. 4

    Strain and Serve

Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass to remove the mint leaves and any ice.

  2. 5

    Garnish

Garnish your drink with a lemon wheel and a fresh mint sprig on top for an aromatic finish.
