Gather Ingredients
Collect all the ingredients needed for the cocktail: Planteray 3 Star Rum, Blackwell Jamaican Rum, Rothman & Winter Quince Liqueur, lemon juice, demerara syrup, and Angostura bitters.

Measure Ingredients
Using a jigger, measure 1.5 oz of Planteray 3 Star Rum, 0.5 oz of Blackwell Jamaican Rum, 0.5 oz of Rothman & Winter Quince Liqueur, 0.75 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of demerara syrup.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the measured rums, quince liqueur, lemon juice, and demerara syrup.
Mixing

Add Ice
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice to the top to chill the mixture properly.

Shake Well
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Using a strainer, pour the cocktail mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
