Chicken Fingers

Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breasts into strips, about 1 inch wide.

Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken strip in flour, then dip it into the eggs, and finally coat it with bread crumbs. Place the breaded chicken strips on a tray.

Heat the Oil
In a deep pan or fryer, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Chicken
Carefully place the breaded chicken strips into the hot oil in batches, frying for about 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain and Serve
Remove the chicken fingers from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips, about 1/4 inch wide.

Dry the Potatoes
Drain the soaked potatoes and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Heat the Oil for Frying
In a deep fryer or large pot, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Carefully add the dried potato strips to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 5-6 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fries from the oil, drain on paper towels, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot with chicken fingers.
