Method
Preparing the Croutons

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Bread
Cut the bread slices into cubes (about 1-inch pieces).

Season the Croutons
In a large bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated.

Bake the Croutons
Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy, stirring halfway through. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Making the Dressing

Prepare the Garlic
Mince the garlic cloves.

Combine the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, anchovy fillets, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk in the Olive Oil
Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is well combined and emulsified.
Assembling the Salad

Prepare the Lettuce
Wash and dry the Romaine lettuce. Tear it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Add the Dressing
Pour the Caesar dressing over the Romaine lettuce and toss gently to coat.

Add the Toppings
Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the salad. Grate the Grana Padano cheese over the top.

Finish with Croutons
Add the roasted garlic croutons on top of the salad just before serving.
