Shrimp Marinade

    Prepare the Marinade

    In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk, hot sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.

    Marinate the Shrimp

    Add the shrimp to the marinade and ensure they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Breading

    Prepare the Breading Mixture

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

    Coat the Shrimp

    Remove the marinated shrimp from the refrigerator. Dredge each shrimp in the breading mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Buffalo Sauce

    In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
